Kristy Whitsitt
Bungee Director Instructor level 1-4
Meet Kristy Whitsitt!
Hi, I’m Kristy Whitsitt! I’m a proud Bartlesville native, and I’ve been part of the Bartlesville Gymnastics Club family since 2015. My journey in fitness started long before that—I was a group fitness instructor and served as the YMCA Group Fitness Director for seven years. With my ACE and NETA group fitness certifications, I’ve been teaching group fitness classes since 2005.
Over the years, I spent a lot of time as a step aerobics instructor, but as much as I loved it, the impact started taking a toll on my knees. That’s when I discovered Bungee Fitness, and I absolutely fell in love with it. It’s low impact, which was exactly what I needed, and the benefits go beyond just physical—Bungee Fitness does wonders for your mental and emotional well-being too.
I’m also a mom of three and a grandma, which is one of my greatest joys! When I’m not teaching or working out, you’ll find me spending quality time with my family, shopping, hanging out with friends, or soaking up every moment with my amazing granddaughter.
I wanted to bring Bungee Fitness to Bartlesville because it’s something new, exciting, and it offers a fantastic workout—you’ll burn a ton of calories while making unforgettable memories and laughing non-stop. I can’t wait to “fly” with you!

Instructor Level1-4
Meet Carmen!
Hey there! I’m Carmen, a proud wife, and stay-at-home mom of three amazing kids. My journey began in Kansas, took a detour to Southern California, and eventually brought me back to Kansas before settling here in Oklahoma. My love for sports started young with soccer at age 5, and I played until I was 19. I even picked it up again at 30 when our small town started an adult league. Over the years, I’ve tried my hand at tennis, softball, shotput & discus (just a bit!), volleyball, basketball, and even rugby.
When I’m not chasing after my little ones, you might find me traveling up to Kansas to visit family or unwinding at home with a good TV show. Before having kids, I was super active, and bungee fitness is my way of reclaiming that energy for myself. Plus, the childcare during morning classes is a game-changer!
I’m excited to meet you and share my love for bungee fitness. Trust me, it’s a blast! Oh, and one last thing—GOOOOO CHIEEEEEEEEEEEEFS!!!!

Here's an introduction for Jill Jones:
Meet Jill Jones!
Hi, I’m Jill Jones, and by day, I work at Phillips 66. My journey with Bartlesville Bungee Fitness began in 2023, and I became a certified bungee fitness instructor in July 2024, now teaching Level 1 & 2 classes. My passion for fitness has been lifelong—I’ve been a multisport athlete, excelling in basketball, softball, tennis, and soccer. I even played varsity basketball at ORU on an athletic scholarship. More recently, I’ve taken up running, cycling, and golfing.
After coaching junior club volleyball for 12 years and instructing spin and weight training classes, I found myself needing a new low-impact workout after knee surgery in early 2023. That’s when I discovered bungee fitness, and it’s been a game-changer for me. I’m passionate about my training and love promoting bungee fitness in our local community.
When I’m not “flying” in bungee classes, I enjoy playing golf, traveling, and working as a dog trainer with the Obedience Club of Bartlesville. My rescue dog, Josey, and I train in agility, nosework, and obedience. Josey is also a certified therapy dog, and we volunteer together at Skiatook Paws & Claws Animal Rescue, bringing comfort to those in hospitals and nursing homes.
What I love most about bungee fitness is the excitement of a workout I can’t wait to do every day, the camaraderie of the bungee crew, and, of course, flying upside down!
